We can provide music workshops using professional performers from the top orchestras, dance workshops offering inspirational sessions with West End artists and a huge range of multicultural workshops including African Drumming & Indian Dance.
It is our aim to not only get a wider variety of music and dance into primary school, but also make sure that every workshop delivered includes the pupils’ involvement as much as possible to aid their learning and development.
The pupils create their own compositions relating to a chosen theme, or can experience rhythm and beats from around the world within a percussion workshop, whether it's African drumming or a Samba drumming session.
Our dance workshops are designed to encourage children to express themselves through dance and provide them with the opportunity to perform with professionally trained dancers. We provide the opportunity for children to appreciate different world styles and dance techniques. From ancient Indian dance to the Charleston via the Tango, all in one inspirational school day!
In addition to our workshops, we also offer specialist teachers in specific subject areas.
We are able to provide schools with a fully qualified class music teacher or a fully qualified foreign language teacher for between one to five days per week. As part of these services, we ensure that you will get the same teacher on the same day or days each week, providing continuity for both the children and the school.
Our Class Music Teaching service uses the highest quality of teaching professionals from across the globe providing specialist lessons to Key Stage One and Key Stage Two pupils. Our teachers have experience of working in primary schools and are also able to offer after school choirs and music clubs.
Education Group are also able to provide primary schools across the UK with French and Spanish language teachers. As well as a qualified teacher, also included in the service are resources provided in association with La Jolie Ronde.
Education Group also offers out of school dance clubs to primary schools. Our very popular Zoons clubs give children a safe school based environment to participate in engaging sessions where they can learn new skills and discover new hobbies.
