Bring a Latin flavour to your school with one of our Samba Drumming workshops.
Working with up to six groups in a day and using traditional instruments, the children will create music from South America using rhythms and sounds that will make you want to Salsa and Samba your way through the school day!
Our Samba workshops are delivered within a drum circle making the whole experience completely immersive and interactive. There isn't an audience; everyone is part of the team contributing to the music and most of all they are a lot of fun.
The day can culminate in a large performance showcasing the songs learn throughout the day.
Education Group is happy for you to decide how many sessions of drumming (up to a maximum of 6) and how long we work with the children on the day. Below are examples of ways that the workshop can be structured but please feel free to alter these to meet your own requirements.
