Story Factory Workshop
Education Group’s Story Factory Workshop encourages children to develop characters and settings using their imaginations. The stories culminate in dramatic performances delivered by the children themselves.
Many schools book this workshop during Anti Bullying Week or as a focus on World Book Day.
The sessions are designed to engage and inspire children. They are encouraged to fully participate in the
experience. Children increase their confidence, imagination and language skills. This workshop meets targets from Key Stages One and Two of the English National Curriculum.
Children become the characters, enabling them to understand their emotions, their actions and the consequences of those actions. Our stories are never told in the same way twice as the stories are driven by the children’s vivid imaginations resulting in a great sense of pride and ownership.
